Frequently Asked Questions

 What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process in which a trained professional, known as a coach, supports and empowers individuals to unlock their full potential, achieve personal and professional goals and desires to make positive change in their lives. The coach relationship is built on trust, confidentiality, and a non-judgmental approach, allowing clients to explore their desires, challenges, and strengths in a supportive environment.

Who should hire a grief coach?

A woman that is struggling with grief from loss or infertility and is experiencing emotional triggers from the trauma on a daily or weekly basis that is crippling her from living the life she wants with her family and friends.

Why do people hire a grief coach?

To be able to feel whole again for themselves and their families. To move toward their new normal life in a very healthy way by moving forward; living the life they desire.

How will it help me?

You will have a clear direction with tools to minimize the emotional trauma levels more effectively so healing and moving towards a healthy joy and hope filled life will happen.

What results do clients experience?

As my clients coach with me, they begin experiencing once again shopping for themselves and their family without being triggered; getting back on social media without being triggered daily with posts and comments; and being able to laugh and experience joy once again without feeling guilty as positive emotions like happiness and joy occurs while spending time with others.
